All procedures and consultations at all hospitals incur no out of pocket expense ie we are "no gap" providers.

There may be an excess / co-payment payable to the health fund by patients with health insurance having a procedure in a private hospital, depending on your policy. Please check with your health insurer if you are unsure.

When a consultation occurs in our Dean St office the fees are:

- $50 + Medicare rebate for an initial appointment (total of $205.85 as of 1/7/26)

- $25 + Medicare rebate for a follow up appointment (total of $102.95 as of 1/7/26)

- some particularly long consultations may attract a larger fee (and medicare refund).

Requests for no out of pocket expense (ie "bulk billing") by those in financial hardship will be considered on a case by case basis.
